Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes guests! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!

A boat is available for free use. Activities: wildtaiga site. Hot tub / extra fee 90€.
