This 26 m2 apartment with balcony is composed of a small closed bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 of 90 cm above. It has a living room with a sofa bed, (2 people) an open and equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment has a ski room on the ground floor and an underground parking space in the nearby "Le Paillaret" residence

Cozy duplex apartment, carefully renovated, very functional and fully equipped. At the top, you will find 2 separate sleeping areas: 1 fully enclosed adult bedroom and 1 child bedroom that spans the length of the apartment. Downstairs is the day area. Living at the resort, I am there to welcome you upon arrival and available at any time to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I check and prepare the accommodation meticulously myself before each arrival.

We have installed an 80 cm TV with a PS3 (DVD/Blu-ray) and Wi-Fi for internet addicts. A parking space in the underground garage and a large ski storage room are reserved for you. Finally you will enjoy the large balcony with views of the lake and the estate!

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30.
