my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Andrea's place! everything was wonderful and she was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Amazing, gorgeous house and view. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. There were 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 kids. We all loved our stay. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and we’re planning for another visit!

We had an awesome stay with Lindsey, the home was exactly as advertised with thoughtful attention to detail throughout the home. All of the drawers and cupboards were clearly labeled, which made our lives so easy. Great working grill to cook out, extremely comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Location was great - 20 min from everywhere we had plans. Would for sure stay again!

Comfortable house with great amenities. Liked the privacy of the hot tub. Nice deck for meals and hanging out. Fenced yard for our dog and nice to have a garage for our car.

This was a great place to stay overall loved the house and they were very detailed on what to expect and sent reminder on the very very short to do list before departing. I would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at the Perch- one of the top airbnbs I’ve ever visited for so many reasons! So quiet and peaceful, extremely comfy beds, clean and “scent-free”, and of course Lynn’s kindness and hospitality- all 5+ stars. We loved hiking the trails that were so close to the house, and everything else around Boulder was close and easy to get to. We will be back!

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Best Airbnb ever. Great balance of livability and workability. The shed in the back was perfect to set up my home office away from home. The tank pool was fun to float in on the warm days, the fire pit was great to sit around after a storm on the cool day. There were helpful notes throughout, and it was stocked with essentials that one may have forgotten. The hosts were responsive, friendly and clearly take pride in helping ensure we had a nice stay. I would star again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave! But I guess that’s a “me” problem. 🤣 can’t say enough good things about this place and our experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, very well located, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and truly empathetic. We asked for help with several things, and she always found a way to support us. We 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Riley was a great host! Very responsive and made us feel right at home. He made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and as described. Highly recommend!

Lids did a great job with this cozy apartment. She has coffee and snacks upon arrival and everything was clean and well put together. Great spot for our family of 4!

Christopher’s house was very beautiful and comfortable with a quiet neighborhood parks and running biking trails near by . The backyard was really nice and my son enjoyed all of the toys that were available inside and outside the home would highly recommend and will definitely be back

I could not find a negative thing to say about this place if I tried! Every single thing about this Airbnb is well thought out (they even labeled the light switches).

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. House was spotless and in good location for events attended in Boulder and Denver. Great communication. Beds are pretty variable in terms of firmness so may need to hop around bedrooms to find one suited to you :) But overall nice stay.

We traveled from California for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Our group of eight had plenty of space, and everyone was comfortable. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this spot for larger groups seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved the hot tub and massage chair nice touches to an already beautiful home. Thanks again so much Dave!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. We had tons of space, the game table and game room were a hit with everyone. The house was clean and new with all the conveniences. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking. It was perfectly located for easy drives to RMNP, Eldorado Canyon, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, rafting, Denver, etc. The surrounding neighborhood had a nice park and quick access to shopping and dining options for supplies or fun. Our hosts were always terrific and quick to respond. Would definitely book again!

Rose is a terrific host and her place is comfortable and inviting. Rose checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will book with Rose in the future when we come back to the area.
