The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Both the beach and the numerous shops and restaurants in the old town can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The apartment stretches over 2 floors and has its own bathroom on each floor. From the upper floor you can access a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old town and the port of Rab. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests.
