On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and window. The living room offers a sofa with a Smart TV and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bus stop is right next to the house. There is one free parking space. It is about a 10-minute walk from the old town of Sursee, with its many restaurants. The lake is about a 15-minute walk away. This unique accommodation offers plenty of space and a good mood. The style blends modern and retro.

In this spacious & special accommodation in the middle of Switzerland, you will certainly feel comfortable. It has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room. The apartment is with separate entrance in a detached house. The large outdoor area can also be used. The southern orientation of the apartment captivates with its wonderful sunshine. The apartment is new. The furnishings, including bedding, have been newly purchased.

In a granary over 300 years old, we offer a nostalgic vacation rental. The vacation home is located in the midst of the beautiful nature of the canton of Lucerne and offers a breathtaking view of the Pilatus mountain range. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A beautiful viewpoint and a wooded area are just a 5-minute walk away. The vacation home is only habitable in the months of May - October.
