Die liebevoll, modern, komfortabel und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung bietet freie Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bahnhof und saisonale Busstation (bspw. zu den Bergbahnen).

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.
