Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 1600s, located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of organizing exclusive services and experiences tailored to you. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the option of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater swimming pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of the castle, hills, and vineyards with breathtaking sunsets.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

The house, where my grandparents lived for years, has recently been renovated and air conditioning has been added. There is a living room with a double sofa bed, a large kitchen, a double bedroom and a private bathroom. The antique furnishings will make you feel in the heart of Tuscany and will make your vacation unforgettable.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Half an hour from Suvereto you can take the ferry to Elba Island. Adjacent to our property is the beautiful Tenuta Casadei winery where, by reservation, you can have tastings and a guided tour of the company itself.

The apartment is part of a completely fenced estate of 60 hectares of unspoiled nature: more than 1000 olive trees, countless cypresses and fragrant forests create an idyllic environment for those seeking tranquility and silence. The Palmierina estate is near Castelfalfi (a true jewel of medieval architecture) and close to Florence (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), and Pisa (50 Km). There are two golf courses nearby.
