Kyuakashina is a local town, not an urban area, There is nothing around here because it is not an urban area, but but it is recommended for those who are interested in rural living and relocation, or those who are considering living in the area.

Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, blessed with forests, lakes and snow in northern Nagano Prefecture. Nearby, there are many natural sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Highlands, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. A building from the development era, it has been stylishly renovated using plenty of natural materials such as pure cedar, hinoki cypress, and plaster. We also focused on the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the winter, when it is completely covered in snow, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape. You can follow animal tracks on snowshoes and go on a snowy picnic, or enjoy a bonfire and BBQ in the riverside house in winter. There are also 7 ski resorts within a 30-minute drive. This area is famous for its powder snow, and is also a great base for skiing and snowboarding. There is also a birthday cake service for guests celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. 58 square-meter one-room (hall) wooden warehouse structure - The bedding is futons There is a toilet in the accommodation (hall)　 There is no bath, but there is a hot water shower. There are several hot springs about 20 minutes away by car. - WiFi (network environment) available ・ No smoking inside the hall (inside the accommodation facility). There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. The accommodation fee is 6,500 yen (due to rising prices, the price will be raised) We do not accept last-minute reservations (please book at least 3 days in advance)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

The home is accessible from Tokyo and other major cities via the Shinkansen bullet train or Joshin-etsu Expressway.

広々とした静かなお部屋で、ゆったりとした時間をお過ごしください。宿は山里にあり、人に会うことはめったにありませんので、隠れ家的な雰囲気です。室内はリノベーションしてあり、ロフトは昔ながらの土壁と太い梁が特徴です。 宿まではお車でお越しください。冬季は冬用タイヤが必要です。駐車場は敷地内にあり、2〜3台の駐車が可能です。敷地入り口がやや狭く不便です。運転に慣れていない方にはご迷惑をおかけするかもしれません。必要に応じ道案内をいたします。 バーベキュー用品のレンタルは3月より再開します。4名まで2千円、5名以上2500円です。 キッチン用品はご自由にお使いください。調味料、2Lの飲料水.インスタントコーヒーはご利用ください。スーパーまでは車で15分、24時間営業のコンビニは10分ほどのかかりますので、必要な食材やお飲み物は購入してからお越しください。 テレビは設置しておりませんが、ロフトにはプロジェクターがあります。 近くに日帰り温泉（保科温泉、まきばの湯、湯ーぱれあ、湯ったり苑）があります。 洗濯機はありませんので、長期滞在の場合はコインランドリー（車で15分）をご利用ください。

This family-friendly and the newly renovated house is located in the very traditional district and the calm but convenience area in Nagano city. The house is authentic and unique as it was a traditional Japanese clothing (Kimono) shop before. You would feel like your own home away from home. 5 minutes walk to the Zenkoji temple and 4 minutes to the bus stop for Togakushi national park.
