Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

The house also has a sauna and Jacuzzi. 200 meters from the house is a private lake with sauna and jetty as well as access to a boat and fishing. Down by the water there is also a porch under a beautiful oak tree where you can enjoy views as well as good food and drinks. The farm is located at the end of the road, very private with only beautiful nature around.

Large plot overlooking fields, walking paths, nice bike paths and swing for the children. Perfect if you are traveling via Kapellskär as sheets and towels are included. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our kind dog Bamse and our children play on the property. Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. There is a popular playground right outside the property. The bedroom has two sleeping places, and the sofa bed in the living room has two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

The sea is 700 meters from the property line. Bicycles and stand up paddle are available to explore this beautiful island.
