In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large patio with lounge group and barbecue.

Old charming farmhouse in quiet area where the plot adjoins the municipal beach at Vängsjön in Gottrøre. In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Björnäs is located on Söderön between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5km and you come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy small swimming area. In the area there are walking trails in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. The property is located on our property with access to its own balcony in a sunny location. The cabin has full ceiling height with sleeping loft , sauna and wood-burning fireplace . And air heat pump Busstation is 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and port about 500 meters.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Det tidigare rummet för butiksbiträdet är nu varsamt renoverat till ett bekvämt boende där timmerstockarna, lindreven och plankgolven finns kvar, men nu kompletterat med med ett modernt kök, tvättmaskin, wifi och ett badrum. Den mysiga trädgården och pergolans utemöbler är ni välkomna att disponera tillsammans med värdparet.
