Wygodny dobrze urządzony Apartament z przepięknym widokiem , czysty o dużej powierzchni. Położenie wręcz idealne gdzie czuć powiew wiatru od morza. Duży zacieniony taras z przepięknym widokiem . Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym pomocnym gospodarzem. Dużym plusem dla mnie była możliwość parkowania samochodu w garażu ! Pobyt w tym apartamencie to czysta przyjemność , na pewno tu wrócimy. We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. Gospođa Ada je topla, pristupačna i dostupna za sva pitanja i savjete. Apartman je besprijekorno čist i ima apsolutno sve što vam treba. Lokacija je uz more, a okolina je mirna i tiha. Ima dovoljno mjesta za parkiranje i automobil je dio dana u sjeni. Do centra mjesta treba 5 minuta pješice, kao i do trgovine, kafića i restorana. Mjesto je idealno za miran odmor. Svakako ćemo se vratiti opet!

This place is pure magic! The apartment is so beautiful and modern. Its even more beautiful in person than on the photos. The views are to die for. I truly enjoyed my stay. And Ivan was very hospitable and friendly. I felt at home straight away. I would 100% recommend!

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Apartment 3 im 1. Stock ist riesig für 2 Personen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gute Lage direkt am Sandstrand von Jaz. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Vorsaison kann man dort einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin.

Sin duda alguna este apartamento ha cumplido todas nuestras expectativas y diría que más. Un lugar ideal para descansar, mucha paz y tranquilo. El apartamento está en ubicado en un lugar con mucho encanto. Tiene todo para pasar unos días impresionantes en la isla y sobre todo de puro relax. Limpio, ordenado y un diseño con mucho encanto y unas vistas de postal. Son de esos lugares que te da pena irte. Recomendado.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze. Apartament jest taki jak na zdjeciach. Super łóżka. Duże i wygodne mieszkanie. Wszystko na miejscu łącznie z ekspresem do kawy. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Świetny taras, ogród, miejsce na grilla. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Polecam tych gospodarzy😀

To był wspaniały pobyt. Wspaniali, gościnni gospodarze. Piękne miejsce z bezpośrednim dostępem do morza. Dostępny taras, grill, ogródek, leżaki, parasolki na plaży. Dominik i jego brat byli pomocni w każdym czasie (wypożyczalnia rowerów, skuterów, hulajnog elektrycznych, Łodzi, motorówek). Aurelia i jej mąż byli bardzo gościnni, są wspaniałymi ludźmi. Polecam wszystkim. Dziękuję i do zobaczenia 😉

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Josip und seine Frau sind unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Sie sind rücksichtsvoll und bemüht, lieben den Kontakt zu den Gästen und haben immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ☺️ Das Frühstück ist super lecker mit frischen Pfannkuchen, leckeren Eiergerichten und Porridge. Josip ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich mit viel Hingabe um seine Gäste. Die ganze Familie ist sehr kinderlieb, die Anlage ist super schön und die Lage ist ein Traum. Lediglich die Promenade liegt zwischen dem Meer und der Unterkunft. 🔝 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. 🤩
