We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We especially liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighboring town of Benkovac, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 min drive, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

During this holiday there were three of us. On the first floor there are 2 apartment and 1 separate bedroom. We made use of 1 apartment and the separate bedroom. At the apartment there is a balcony, air conditioning and a kitchen with a small fridge and induction plate. It is a short walk from the center of Biograd. The sea is also easily accessible on foot. It's a quiet neighborhood. Zorka made us feel very welcome and if there was something we ran into, we acted quickly. We had a pleasant stay and could stay in this apartment for another vacation.

Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. We stayed at the property for a week. It is very modernly furnished and you have everything you need on site. From the balcony you can directly see the sea. The landlady is very nice and gave us a few recommendations for the area directly. If we had any questions or needed anything, she was always available. Definitely recommend this place.

Great, clean, modern, spacious, well equiped apartment close to the beach (cca 3min walking distance). It is in the first floor, above owners apartment, so if you need anything they can quicly support you. They are very friendly and when we needed anything they quickly responded. It is also very quiet place to be with big enough terrace for 5-6 persons and (at least this year) without any mosquitos, so we could enjoy evenings outside, debating and watching stars. For those who likes to watch movies, there is also a big screen smart TV with Netflix. Highly recomended.

Branka and her husband are lovely. They do everything to help and advise us. They provided us with bikes for the whole family, Branka kindly gave us laundry and brought us homemade cookies. The house is very well located, just at the entrance to the village where you can find everything (small shops, restaurants, boat rental, etc.). The sea is right across the street (remember to bring water shoes as there are rocks and not sand). The small street is closed to traffic from 6pm until the next morning to allow people to walk around Very family atmosphere. And the house is well located for visiting some parks (Krka, Vranko Jezero, Plakenica, Zrmania river rafting). Perfect for a week!! Thanks Branka and Marjan, our family loved their stay with you
