Holiday rentals in Sveti Jakov

A great destination for those who long for absolute peace. Arrival: From the supervised parking lot at the port of Mali Lošinj (12 euros/day) a ferry runs 1-2x daily. Since you can't shop on the island, we had a lot of luggage and were glad to have a cart for water bottles. The ferry takes three hours. Book jadrolinija in advance. Communication: Outstanding! If we needed anything, Antonija immediately organized support! Thank you! <3 Location: Beautiful, shady garden, 2 minutes to the rocky coast. With a little sure-footedness, you can get into the sea easily and flat - you have that almost to yourself. Amenities: Cozy, good WiFi, air conditioning, mattresses rather hard; water pressure of the shower is great! To take with you: We needed 2 liters of water per day per person (tap water is suitable for cooking), mosquito spray (number of mosquitoes but absolutely okay), (washing) sheets for washing machine, coffee maker :-) We are glad to have spent our honeymoon here.

The apartment is well equipped and from the balcony we even had sea views. You can walk to the beach and the small city center on foot. Milenko welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips. It is really important to him that you have a wonderful holiday with him. We would have liked to have stayed for longer!

This place has best terrace and the calm marina where you can refresh yourself anytime. Lovely small beach is just 3 mins walk and is not crowded at all. We loved this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Antigua! The location is perfect, and the house is exactly as described, even exceeded our expectations; it has a perfect view of the sea and Osorčica and an enclosed garden that ensures privacy. The peaceful atmosphere of the garden with its blooming herbs, rich braid, scents and sounds already on arrival feel relaxing. The Villa is on two levels and is equipped with everything needed and more. The pool was a real highlight – clean and perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the pet-friendly fenced yard was a huge plus, providing a safe and welcoming space for our dog. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and helpful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Special praise for the effort and attention they've designed this space and maintained the true coastal spirit. A space that not only feels cozy, but also a therapeutically relaxing. I highly recommend this great place! It was a wonderful experience all around! We will be back for sure!!!

Amazing apartment right next to beautiful sea access. Very comfortable and private house and grounds. Robert is super friendly, proactive, helpful and makes you immediately feel at home. The beach nearby is perfect for families of all ages. This is my favorite apartment and location I’ve been to in Croatia by far. Absolutely perfect all around.

Karmela is an amazing host! Before we arrived, we received clear information on how to get in and where to visit the area during the check-in👍. Karmela answered any questions we had during the accommodation. Carmela gave us good wine from the local vineyard during the check-in and gave us a nice gift when we left. It was so sweet of her! The place is very nice in a quiet part of a small village. The beach is a short walk away. About 20m is a small restaurant that we can only recommend. We loved it there and will be sure to come back. Luka's place is simply perfect. The location is magical - perfectly remote and private, but a short walk to the most beautiful beach (there is a small private beach and jetty below the house as well) and a short drive to local amenities. The studio is compact, but with everything you need - the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom modern and the kitchen small but well stocked. The terrace is spacious with an outdoor fire, sun loungers and a good sized table, with the most beautiful view of the sea. We saw dolphins every evening, and fell asleep to the sound of the cicadas and waves lapping. Luca was charming - he's very responsive and helpful (he speaks excellent English) with lots of recommendations for things to do and see locally. The walk from the car park across the beach is really not a problem, just make sure you have a bag you can carry rather than with wheels. All in all, this is somewhere very special.

Perfekt House. Kind hosts. Super view. Very good kitchen and outdoor oven. Cosy interiors. Beach at 40m. Huge terrace with shadow giving trees. You have to save water and electricity but it’s worth it.
