The nearest mountain peak is Bånseterkampen (1220 meters above sea level)About 30 min walk from the farm. Outside the cabin wall there are great groomed ski slopes. The trail network is connected to Skeikampen, Kvitfjell and Gålå

One hour from Jotunheimen with 255 of Norway's 300 mountain peaks over 2000 meters. And if you want urban city life, it is fifteen minutes to drive to the charming village of Fagernes. Shop, restaurant and bakery within walking distance.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

On the west side there is a short distance to both alpine and cross country skiing. It is a short distance to several restaurants and après-ski. In summer we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike that can be rented. With a half-hour drive you can reach several attractions such as Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Bjønnlitjønnvegen 45 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of activities, you can relax in the spacious kitchen or in the living room, both with spectacular views.

Fø'råa on Sveen, 6 km from Skei(-kampen)

Treat yourself to relaxing days in «Fø'råa» (the Federal Council House) on Sveen. 6 km from Skeikampen ski resort - which is also becoming a year-round destination - with beautiful nature that can be enjoyed on skis, by bike or on foot! There you also have restaurants and a selection of shops. 30 min to shopping malls/shopping center in Lillehammer, 30 min to Lilleputthammer/Hunderfossen, 15 min to Aulestad, and 50 min to the troll pots in Helvete, to mention a few. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Ca 1 km på ski gjennom skogen til løypenettet til Skeikampen. Hytta har 5 soveplasser, pluss sprinkelseng, utstyrt kjøkken, varmepumpe, vedovn og oppvask- og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndklær inkl. Må ha 4x4 på vinter. 15 min til sentrum og Skeikampen, 30 min til Lillehammer og 45 min til Hunderfossen.
