We live on the ground floor. The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax. We have good parkingspace for cars and charger for electric cars There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to. Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
