Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe. Number Sixteen is a small Victorian terrace in the old part of town. Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed. Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Welcome to Lee View Set in a small rural hamlet of just a few houses, with stunning views as well as peace and quiet. We have tried to make the cottage a special place, and hope it will make a nice change of scene for our guests. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, as well as those wanting to visit the many historic sites and country houses in Northumberland. Lee View is just a 10 minute drive from Rothbury with a Co Op and a variety of other shops. We are 25 minutes from Morpeth and Alnwick.

Coquet Way is a comfortable and newly decorated bungalow, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Warkworth village. It is a short walk along the river or by the castle, to the village where you will find independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. Coquet Way is also close to the many delights of Northumberland, including sandy beaches, impressive castles and stunning countryside. Our guest suite is calm and uncluttered with beautiful views. Guests have exclusive access to: One double bedroom One single/twin bedroom A third room with kettle, fridge, toaster, and microwave which can also serve as an additional single bedroom or relaxation space. Private bathroom with full bath. We provide a continental breakfast with cereal, yogurt, juice and freshly baked bread. Entrance is shared with our business premises and yoga and massage are available on site.
