This is already our fourth time staying in Rigby's beautiful house. It is wonderfully located on the golf course, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great starting point for many activities. Rigby and Jean-André are always easily reachable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Angelique’s and we will be back. The location is perfect and we caught loads of fish this holiday. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful—spacious, clean, and instantly felt like home. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the water with a perfect jetty. We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring the area. Communication with Madi was excellent—she was super helpful and even arranged for wood to be delivered for us. The neighbours were lovely too, which just added to the warm and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

This was our third trip to Witsands, and our third time staying at Anet's place. As always Anet was very responsive to messages and on hand with helpful tips. The house and surroundings were top class on all three occasions we stayed. It's such a peaceful place, the house has all you need and is just a short walk away from the beach, the estuary and local trails. Can highly recommend!

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

We had a marvellous time at Brian's house. A well equipped sparkling clean house right on the Breede Rivers banks. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets. A truly special gem of a place.

We had a beautiful 4 night stay in this idyllic place. Stephen and Clarise were so accomodating and very explanatory about all the ins and outs of check in and check out. The setting along with the exquisite decor made for a super relaxed family (and doggie friendly) holiday. We will definitely be back very soon!

We had the most magical stay! What a beautiful cabin right in the mountains of Suurbraak with a lovely hike to a waterfall directly from the property. The cabin is stunning, we loved how much thought went into everything, we felt comfortable and relaxed! Highlight: spending every evening on the bean bags by the warm indoor fireplace! Beautiful kitchen inside the cabin, indoor & outdoor shower, the communal area is also great with the pool, large seated firepit and lots of relaxing spots in the garden to sit. So special! Cant wait to come back. Kane is super helpful, can buy more wood on the property and we felt very taken care of!

A wonderful relaxing weekend at Jurie and Veronica’s place. Wonderful accomodation and easy check in with excellent communication along the way. Lots of restaurant suggestions! Lovely farm stay with all you need. Awesome braai, awesome hot tub. Perfect for dogs with the fenced big garden.

Absolute gem! Was so nice to spend some time disconnected from the busy world. Check-in was a breeze, with clear directions on how to get to the cabin. The cabin was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and we pre-ordered a few bags of wood which were already there once we arrived. Dan was super responsive and helpful with all our queries - we’ll definitely be back soon.

We had the loveliest stay at 360 on 62. The cottage is quaint and beautifully styled with antique furniture and thoughtful finishes. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars – absolutely magical! It's a great base for exploring the Langeberg area, with plenty to do nearby. The honesty shop is such a charming touch too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay to break away from the city. Would highly recommend for a group of friends just looking to have a good time and forget about the city life. Hosts are amazing! Very responsive and provides clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely be back when they put in the hot tub :) (currently a little swimming pool with the cottage)

As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. We thoroughly enjoyed our time ! The house and its surroundings were exactly like the pictures- even better. The perfect getaway from the bustling city life. Our puppy enjoyed the outdoor space the most. We can’t think of a single negative aspect of this getaway.

Lovely secluded cottage overlooking the river with acres of space outside and the bonus is "pet friendly!" The river can be explored by canoe or just bring along some pool floaters. The outside deck was lovely, with gorgeous views. Braai area was convenient with a nice spotlight in the evening. Else was a great host, and added special touches for my birthday which made it very special. The cottage has rustic charm, no TV but the wifi was perfect! Else is also a lovely artist!

I recently spent a few unforgettable days fishing with my family — and it was absolutely amazing! We stayed in a cozy, spacious house that turned out to be perfect for our getaway: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Each morning started with fresh air, birds singing, and the peaceful sounds of nature. The fishing was great — the fish were biting, and the kids were especially thrilled when they caught their first fish! In the evenings, we gathered around the fire, enjoying toasted snacks, heartfelt conversations, and lots of laughter. These were truly warm, meaningful days that I’d love to relive. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and the chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle — moments like these stay in your memory forever.

Lovely home on the Breede, great position and wonderful deck and braai area. Everything you need and the use of the SUPs and canoe is a bonus!

A peaceful and well-designed retreat in the heart of the Klein Karoo. The tented camp is modern, clean, and comfortable, with sweeping views and a strong sense of space and stillness. 🌄⛺ We loved the self-drive safaris, enjoying quiet and unrushed explorations across a vast reserve. Along our journey, we spotted various wildlife, including Kudu, Giraffe, Gemsbok, and Black Wildebeest, as well as an abundance of birdlife. 🚙🦓🦒 The setting is open and natural, ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with the outdoors. It’s pet-friendly — our dogs enjoyed every moment 🐾 — though the camp isn’t enclosed, so do plan ahead. The hosts were welcoming and respectful of privacy, with everything thoughtfully prepared. A great choice for families or small groups seeking a calm, nature-focused escape with just the right balance of comfort and wilderness.

Had a lovely stay here with my family. The location is extremely scenic but also an easy walk to the main town of Swellendam for restaurants and supermarkets. The outside area of this home is fantastic- the stoep and pool area are amazing for warm days as well as one day it was raining here we sat out in perfect comfort watching the storm. Inside was incredible clean and spacious- the kitchen extremely well equipped for both braais and oven/stove cooking. Lynette was a fantastic host- proactive before our stay and responsive throughout!

Charmaine and Paul were both super friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed, including lovely views of the mountain! Very modern and clean, with those of great reading material about what to do in the surrounding areas. Highly recommended.

Micheal-Adam is a very attentive host with knowledge of his town. The unit was neat and in pristine condition with high quality linen. I will recommend a stay with Micheal-Adam anytime. We will definitely go back there.

What an absolute gem - the perfect breakaway from the city hustle. It was so peaceful and the Mountain View was absolutely breathtaking. This was also perfect for our dogs - great big property to run, but perfect enclosure too. Tharien was a superhost, always responsive and willing to help. Definitely a must visit; looking forward to being back!
