This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host and owner were both very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable, and had everything you would need for your stay. We worked remotely from here and the setup was perfect. It was very accessible to the lagoon for kitesurfing. Also had a nice big area for washing kiting gear.

Leigh’s house has unparalleled views of the river estuary. The home is very well appointed and in a secure estate. It’s close enough to moor your boat at the Breede river lodge which is very convenient. We will be back again for sure.

We stayed in a cozy, spacious house that turned out to be perfect for our getaway: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Each morning started with fresh air, birds singing, and the peaceful sounds of nature. The fishing was great — the fish were biting, and the kids were especially thrilled when they caught their first fish! In the evenings, we gathered around the fire, enjoying toasted snacks, heartfelt conversations, and lots of laughter. These were truly warm, meaningful days that I’d love to relive. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and the chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle — moments like these stay in your memory forever.

This is a jewel of a place for social gatherings! We we're a large group of 10 adults and 4 children and we stayed in great comfort with more than enough space. The house is open and full of light and has excellent flow. It is fitted with everything you could need including excellent appliances and top of the line casserole dishes, 2 barbecue areas and a fireplace that heats up the whole house. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure strong & super hot when needed. The outdoor area is massive enough to play cricket and slopes to the river where sunrise and sunset is just magical! The host went out of his way to provide us with extras and everything we needed was right at hand. One of the best hosts we have ever encountered, a really lovely human! We can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!
