SUSET is a COZY cottage between the hills and the water in a small peaceful cottage area 2 km from Femmøller stand, where there is a GROCERY STORE with a large assortment of goods🌹 Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely, nice and secluded. Meals can be taken both on the veranda and in the backyard. The gas grill is close to the house and there is a grill table on which the food can be prepared.😊

This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. Beautiful, small, authentic cottage with enclosed garden, on a quiet road - only 400 meters from the beach, located at Lyngsbæk Strand. Within 1 km, there is a grocery store, a swimming pier, an ice house, a cafe and the legendary Molskroen. The house is 45 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and toilet. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a 3/4 bed. The toilet is equipped with a toilet and sink. Cozy, shielded outdoor shower with nice hot water. The house is left cleaned.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
