Fantastic summer house with sea view

This unique summer house near Ebeltoft, situated right on the waterfront and only 50 meters from the sea, is the perfect place for a relaxing or active holiday. The house is 140 m² and with several bedrooms, there is ample space for up to 8 people. This makes the house ideal for large families, multiple generations, and groups of friends. The house is presented in a beautiful blue color, which blends beautifully with the surrounding scenic environment. The large panoramic windows and spacious terrace areas invite guests to enjoy the stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. From the terrace, there is also an overview of play areas, where swings, a trampoline, a sandbox, and various games provide optimal opportunities for fun for all generations. Inside, the summer house features a charming interior, where quirky flea market finds, modern conveniences, and a beach hotel style make the stay something special. The interior is light and inviting with a large open living area, which includes a comfortable living room, dining area, an alcove, and a loft designed for children. The large living area can open to the 100 m² terrace, and the living area contains a fully equipped integrated kitchen. There are two modern bathrooms. The house is arranged in two sections, allowing for peaceful retreat. The owners of the house have created plenty of space for guests and trust that the many personal items in the house will be well cared for. This summer house is the perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy the scenic surroundings of Ebeltoft, which includes a visit to the historic town of Ebeltoft with museums, a pedestrian street, and the harbor with its own charm, where early risers can buy freshly caught fish directly from the cutter Margrethe. The Mols Bjerge National Park offers unique nature, and from the summer house, you can take long walks along the water. You can also challenge yourself on the nearby mountain bike trail or take advantage of the many opportunities for water sports. The house has a lovely bright living room in connection with a well-equipped kitchen, exit to conservatory and large south facing terrace with barbecue (charcoal + gas) and pizza oven, south facing garden for play, games and cool white wine. The facilities are perfect for both summer and winter visits. From Sauna to wood-burning stove and with the most beautiful garden. Birds that chirp can gather around, games both outside and inside and with ample opportunity to cook and eat both inside and outside. Ms. Himmelblå right by family-friendly beach and more.

Take the whole family out to the house Himmelb Blue and get fresh air and lots of relaxation. Ebeltoft, ReePark, Djurs Sommerland and Mols Bjerge are right in the backyard. The beach is just outside at the end of the lawn and it is a very child-friendly beach with very shallow water. There are kayaks for free use and lots of toys you are welcome to use inside the house. If you're looking for luxury, it's not the summerhouse you're looking for, but there's plenty of heart and soul in the blue house.

A great summer house - a stone's throw from a good beach and surrounded by nature. Sea views from almost every room, a magnificent home of 275 sqm awaits. Inside, a large dining kitchen and cozy living spaces, complete with TV room and conservatory. The three bedrooms have new beds and 3 bathrooms. Outside, three terraces to enjoy the sun. 2 great beaches within walking distance-Dråby Strand 80m in front of house and 5 min walk Boeslum Strand, one of Djursland's most child-friendly beaches.

We were two with a dog in Klaus's accommodation and very enthusiastic. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The room is very large and bright. There are several ways to withdraw. The bedrooms are also cozy. The surroundings were our absolute highlight. The beaches and Aarhus are great. Above all, we also liked the very friendly communication in advance. We recommend the place to everyone.

If you need a weekend of relaxation and wellness, I highly recommend this place. The surroundings are beautiful with a fantastic view over the fields and the sea in the background. This can be enjoyed from either the wilderness bath, the terrace or the fireplace. The garden is well maintained and the house is decorated in a bold style. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, and the morning can be started with a delicious bean from the espresso machine. In addition, the host (Oskar) is super nice, responds quickly to inquiries and helps with questions ranging from the practical to destinations in the area. He met us with a positive attitude and a smile as he showed us around. If you need a quiet weekend with wellness, or a trip with friends, where old days can be refreshed, this is a place that is highly recommended. 5 stars all the way around!

If you are looking for a remote location and a lot of peace and quiet, the detached holiday home in Søren is just the right place for you. The accommodation is as described, there is plenty of space and everything works. We were two with our dog for ten days on site. We had a wonderful time with walks on the beach and on three days we were able to paddle the kayaks on the fjord. Attention: In Denmark, there are fewer blinds on windows than is customary in Germany, and this is also the case in Søren. If you don't want to wake up with the sunrise (around 4:30 a.m.) in the summer, you should definitely bring a sleeping mask. The coffee machine on site is designed for filter coffee. The sauna is great for two people, reaches 90°C and offers a direct view of the fjord. A cold outdoor shower is also available. The wallbox for the electric car worked great. Our holiday was perfect! Dear Søren, thank you for your hospitality.

Quick feedback. Great conditions: there was a sauna, 2 bathrooms, privacy in 4 bedrooms for 4x2 people, house with soul and really everything practical that you could want, both indoors and outdoors. The location is great in the first row to a lovely meadow facing Gudenåen, with a boat bridge and the opportunity to fish. 2 bikes and 2 inflatable kayaks.

We had a lovely week's holiday at Thomas's lovely summerhouse. There was everything we needed, even with 2 big teenagers. Incredibly soundproofed between the rooms, all the bedrooms were equipped with ingrown nets on the window so we could sleep with windows open. Nice big terrace where breakfast was consumed a few times. And otherwise just used for coziness and board games. Thomas has been quick to respond to messages, and he greeted us upon arrival. Thomas is an incredibly welcoming host who showed us around the house and told us about the surroundings, as well as the local shopping opportunities. We felt welcome immediately and can definitely recommend this lovely house.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Sørens cottage. It was ideal as a place to stay for our family vacation. 2 families with children and grandparents who wanted a stay at Djursland and a trip to Djurs Sommerland. The house is spacious and nicely decorated and the garden is suitable for playing and ball games. We give the best recommendations.
