And just a short walk along the gravel path to the sea. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the property there are chickens, cats and a couple of ducks that move freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with a child, the home can also accommodate this. The house is a mini house ❤️

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
