Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Katerina & Andreas m'ont accueilli chaleureusement et m'ont attendu malgré le retard de mon vol. La maisonnette est super, très bien décorée, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend rien de dehors. Le logement est situé à côté d'une supérette et non loin d'une boulangerie (à pieds), et est à 10-15min de l'aéroport (sans qu'on ne soit dérangé par les avions). Arrivant tard, je leur avais demandé s'ils étaient d'accord pour me laisser quelque chose pour le petit déjeuner moyennant supplément, et ils m'ont laissé de quoi manger dans le frigo. Je recommande à 100%, on se sent comme à la maison, je reviendrais avec plaisir 😊

Die Unterkunft war super und der Host sehr freundlich sowie eine top Kommunikation. Die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder gehbehinderten Personen, da die Gehwege nicht existent, zugeparkt oder voll mit Müll waren. Dir Wohnung ist mit Kinderwagen und Koffern schlecht zugänglich, da zwei enge Treppen hochführen. Insgesamt also alles gut, solange man gut zu Fuß ist.

House is clean and spacious, very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Host is great, very friendly and communicative. Big plus the cool breeze at night! Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

We just had an incredible stay at Maria's Airbnb, and we highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, Maria's warm hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The house is located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the Hagia Sophia, which truly amazed us. The stylishly decorated space is full of character, and the lovely balconies made it difficult to leave; we often found ourselves wanting to relax and soak in the scenery instead of going out to bars or tavernas. It’s these little touches and the beautiful ambiance that remind you why Airbnb is such a special option, especially when a growing number of properties fail to justify their prices on the platform. In contrast, we couldn't have asked for a better experience here. We felt that it truly surpassed what many hotels could offer, providing a genuine home away from home.

Πολύ ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. καθαρό κ με ησυχία. πάρκινγκ είχε μπροστά ακριβώς από το σπίτι. Άνετοι χώροι κ η κρεβατοκαμαρα κ το σαλόνι. Λίγο το μπάνιο ήταν στενό κ τα νερά έβγαιναν έξω αλλά υπήρχε σφουγγαριστρα.

Great location and lovely area away from the city centre but the centre is easily accessible by bus 23 or taxi or a downhill walk. Suggest you use transport to go back to Maria's from the city. Wonderful views over the city to the Gulf. Maria was an outstanding host. How many hosts would take you to your hairdressers appointment?! Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is well equipped, had everything we needed and was spacious. No noise from traffic or neighbours. Some lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. If I could give Maria 10 *, I would. Highly recommended.

Helen is very hospitable. It is there for every recommendation, advice, help. Honestly, if the road brings me back to Thessaloniki, I will be very happy to contact her. The apartment is very nice and decorated according to everyone's taste. Equipped with absolutely everything. Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Rented the apartment for about one week. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, and is located in Peraia in a place with many rental apartments and hotels. The main perk is the waterfront, amazing 180 degree view with L-shaped balcony and luminous panorama. The location is excellent, there are cafes nearby and convenience stores within walking distance. We came by car, and it was easy to park on the street. Elena has been a very responsive host, with a clear check-in and check-out procedure. We would certainly rent it again, even off-season it's worth the stay
