Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 't Zand

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

The accommodation is beautifully designed - stylish interior, cozy atmosphere and a huge highlight: the large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and sauna. Above all, the location is also unbeatable and directly by the forest. Pigs, pheasants and chickens are in adjacent enclosures. Pets are welcome and the hosts are easily accessible. All in all great! We hope to book this accommodation again soon :)

We were with friends in Ilinca's apartment. The accommodation is very well maintained and really nice. The stairs up are a bit steep, but we got along great with that. In addition, Ilinca was always quick to reach and was able to help us. We were all very happy and had a wonderful holiday! The location of the apartment is perfect, because everything can be reached on foot and the sea is only a few minutes away by car. All in all, we are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back ☺️

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

Inside of the house was very clean .All appliances that were offered worked fine. I liked his pet animals.

Great accommodation and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything was fine for us ☀️

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We had a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little earlier, for the children everything was already present in the cottage. It was beautifully clean and equipped with all comforts!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

Very good communication with the host. The bungalow is beautifully and quietly located in the park. The beach is also within walking distance and the grocery store in front of the park is equipped with everything you need. Completely successful vacation 5*

Very nice house and great environment. You can quickly reach the beach and visit beautiful cities nearby. The house is very well maintained and the outdoor area was relaxing for us and our dog. So: a clear recommendation!

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful apartment. Any luxury you want is available. There is much to do in the beautiful surroundings. Communication with the host went without problems. Highly recommended!

I will keep this accommodation in good memory! The briefing was thorough and very friendly. In the kitchen there was a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, in short... I didn't miss anything. Coffee pods available and in the fridge were already the welcome beers! The highlight is the large garden! Lots of fruit trees, gooseberries, currants, gooseberries, rhubarb and other vegetables! You can see that Jm works with a lot of love! My dog also liked it! We played with his ball on the big meadow every day! Jm is immediately approachable and helpful if you have any questions! The 800m to the beach are correct and the beach itself is very beautiful! In short: I give it the top rating!

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

Frank warmly welcomed us to his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available around the clock and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was tidy, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, with few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to get into. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short break is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. Thank you Frank for your efforts!

We spent the Pentecost weekend as a foursome in the cozy house of Dicky. The communication was very friendly both before arrival and throughout our stay and everything worked smoothly. The house has everything you need for a vacation on the North Sea. In particular, we liked the cozy dining area with a view of the garden. The location is also great, you could easily walk to the center of Callantsoog and to the beach. All in all we had a great stay!
