Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
