Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Our sunny cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from Tahoe City. You can walk to town in 30 minutes or drive in 5. The house is on a lot with large trees and a great sled run in the backyard. It is within twenty minutes of ski resorts: Palisades and Homewood. Also close to Nordic skiing (Paige Meadows), sledding (Granlibakken), biking, river rafting, hiking, beaches, golfing and water sports. Ask me about the good thrift stores in town. :)
