Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Tahoe City

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

Jamie’s home was perfect for our family’s stay at Northstar. Roomy, comfortable, and ideally located. We’ll look forward to staying here again!

Ally was great to work with, very responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as I expected and looked just like the photos. I had not originally booked this spot, I had reserved another place owned by the same host, but when it unexpectedly needed repairs, Ally upgraded me to this condo at no extra charge. So while it wasn't what I had expected originally, it was still very nice. That bed is SO comfortable! It was very quiet and peaceful, and it had everything I needed. I had come to do a writing retreat for myself, so I didn't really leave much or go sightseeing or anything, but I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Tahoe or ski. And I'd definitely book again if the opportunity arose!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Owls Nest! It matched the listing exactly and everything what’s clean, cozy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, we’d definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful newer townhome in the quiet, private Mountainside development in Northstar. An incredible find—we loved the modern style & well-designed layout, walls of windows with awesome views, high ceilings & airy immaculate spaces, great storage, and best of all, that we were literally on the slopes. Step out the back door/back patio ONTO Home Run Trail, a legitimate ski-in / ski-out. We took off skiing every morning from the back door, came back for lunch/breaks, & skied home at the end of the day. We had such a great week with our 5 kids. Comfortable beds & linens. Well-stocked kitchen. We bbq’d tri tip one night. Great pool/spa/gym & lounge at the “Treehouse” visible from the house (short drive or a minute dash across the ski run after hours…). We enjoyed the big linear fireplace & cozy places to relax in the evenings. Everyone loved this place.

We had a great stay at Rebecca and Perry's place. It's in a beautiful spot close to Northstar village and an easy 15 minute drive to Kings Beach. The home was clean and comfortable - including the beds! The hosts were kind to accommodate my last minute request to bring our small dog, and allowed a later checkout so we could work around an early morning lacrosse game. Would definitely stay here again!

only superlatives to describe this house! great location where you can walk to the ski lifts (of course we used the mountaineer shuttle :-), super available owners, great views, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, games for the kids, spacious. we loved it!

Great spot for immediate access to TD skiing. The space was comfortable. The building also has a cozy lounge area with a fireplace.

Robert’s villa was better than pictured. The room had a tub that had power jets which was definitely needed. The villa had s'more's that you can do after swimming. All the stores and restaurants were walking distance. We had valet parking and the 2 days we were here we did not have to move our car as everything was walking distance including the casinos. I would highly recommend the gondolas as it was a beautiful view. Our family of 4 came to Tahoe for Father’s Day weekend and we had a blast most importantly the Villa was very relaxing clean. Thank you Robert for having us we will definitely be back soon!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! We enjoyed board games, TV, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was that there was just one hair dryer, and it was a bit old, so we had to share it between the two bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience—highly recommended!

Tracy was very easy to communicate with. We loved the ski in ski out. Her place is probably better than the other units in that area because clearly she spent the time to renovate the unit. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking at home, but also close to the village to go get some quick bites would recommend her place in a heartbeat.

This is our second time staying in Northstar and this time around we really liked the condo we stayed in. The kitchen was newly remodeled and it fully loaded with all the basic essentials to make a meal. The deck off the living was a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and bird watch. My family had a great time playing with the mini foosball table and we loved the rec center. So much to do! The rec center staff were very helpful and polite. We look forward to booking again in the near future!!

The location of this condo cannot be beat, directly across from the lifts at Palisades Tahoe. Though it is right in the town, it is relatively quiet at night outside of some delivery/maintenance trucks, and there are multiple places to eat within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. One improvement that I would suggest for the hosts is smart TVs--the TV just had regular cable, and it would have been nice to be able to watch streaming shows with our own login. We did enjoy the multiple puzzles in the cabinet, however. Overall, we had a great stay!

Very easy place to stay if you’re skiing Palisades. Location, location, location.

Natalie went above and beyond making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. She is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with.

Marinas place is a Great serene lakes cabin. Good vibes and super tidy decor and amenities. Top notch kitchen. Lovely great room with cozy fireplace. Helpful friendly host and clear instructions to make the most of the stay.

Great place with all what you need. We went my kids 4&6 and Grandpa&Ma along with me and my wife. Plenty of space for everyone and the view is very bliss. Bill is a great communicator. Thanks

I loved my stay at Shiree and Joseph's cabin with my 2 friends for my birthday weekend/Memorial Day weekend. It was very cozy, comfy, and a perfect size for 3 people in which we were able to spread out and have our own space. I loved the vibe and the decor. Beds were so comfortable! It was very clean and everything was meticulously organized and labeled. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The cabin is in a great location for things to do. This was my first time at Lake Tahoe and it is stunning. I can't wait to come back.

Lake Tahoe is beautiful and from the front deck you have the most beautiful view of snow capped mountains. The cabin has the exact feel you want staying in a mountain home! The stairs are daunting at first but you WILL get used to them

This house was very well kept and in a scenic location. I found a lot of good hiking trails within a few miles of the house. The neighborhood was very walkable and downtown Truckee is a quick, easy drive down Northwoods blvd. Fans were provided but the house got very warm in the afternoons. The lower level windows (including deck sliding door) do not have screens. so we had to deal with a few insects coming into the house. It would be nice to have more deck furniture provided. A dining table and umbrella etc... We had a great stay.

Love Neals place, so serene, literally! The three bed was great for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the road the home is on is so sweet. In the winter, be prepared for snow for the ski bunnies! Soda springs is at the highest elevation… We came looking for snow and found it. I bet the lake in the summer is gorgeous too. We had a great time at the cabin. Our kids loved it so much that they kept asking us if it we could stay longer. It's such a great location for activity's near Donner Lake and Truckee. Also, really appreciated the great kitchen for cooking home meals. Thank you again for letting us stay at your wonderful cabin and hopefully we can return in the future!
