Monthly Rentals in Tala

I was visiting Guadalajara for the first time attending a family wedding and came across Jose Carlos’s home. The home looked very nice in photos and was ten minutes away from the ceremony reception so it was perfect for my fiancé and I to stay. Jose Carlos was proactive and sent us a reminder of our stay including check in instructions and even called me on the day of my check in to make sure everything went smoothly. He is truly an amazing host and I appreciate that he was on call for any of our needs. The cost to stay was also great and everything was just as described. I loved that the home was gated and guarded by a door man making us feel very safe. The home was also very private and off to a corner. The surrounding areas were also very nice and calm. I highly recommend this cozy home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you again Jose Carlos!

I highly recommend the property, it rests very comfortable, the garden made me feel more at home I love plants and flowers as well as natural grass. The village is quiet nothing to do with the information of the news that were made about it, I made visits to other villages and I would return late at night without some event of insecurity. The market and garden are about two blocks away on foot. In the market they sell different very good homemade meals.

Beautiful home. Loved the open courtyard. Location was perfect, easy walk to el centro. Bed was comfortable. Really wonderful experience.
