A perfect weekend in Soulac to celebrate my 50th birthday with family! A very nice house, large, bright, very well equipped and decorated! A very pleasant garden and terrace with different areas for different times of the day! Tiphaine and her husband were very welcoming and flexible on arrival and departure times We are lucky to have fabulous weather that allowed us to enjoy the heated pool! In short, a great weekend! Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

I highly recommend this accommodation, which is good value for money. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. The accommodation is close to a lot of things, the lake, the beach and the pool with the paddling pool, which is great for young children.

The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes' drive. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.

Nice little accommodation that Romain offered us. The only comment we can make is that the accommodation is a little tight for 4 people as mentioned in the listing.
