we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

My family visited Tagaytay for family bonding and The Greenhouse didn’t disappoint. We were all comfortable and it’s close to nice restaurants. We have a good view of the Lake. Ate Ofelia is always there for your needs.

Jannette was very accommodating and very helpful. She was able to give the directions on the location accurately and provided recommendations on local destinations to visit.

Loved the place! Pati relatives ko natuwa and nasulitan, super lapit sa picnic grove and siglo cafe. Mabait din yung care taker, plus 2 yung cr. Owner is also kind and friendly. :)

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

We had a truly wonderful stay at Myrna’s place! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myrna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she even provided complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay special. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Myrna! The place is great! The owner is very proactive in checking us from time to time. Not sure if there’s really no phone signal in the unit since we’re too high..but that’s okay since they have fast wifi. They also have board games to play with.

host was very accommodating and responds to all queries. she even agreed that we check in at 1 am! place was clean and has a zen vibe. there's a water heater which is a plus:-) we stayed for only 8 hours but we were able to rest properly. no hassle with check in and out. Great host! salamat po:-)

We had a great time at Olivia’s Secret Place. The place was clean and cozy as advertised. Its very spacious, and they also have reserved parking provided for our convenience.The host, Ms. Leana was very responsive in our inquiries. We will definitely book this place another time. Ang ganda at ang cozy ng vibes inside the unit, ang bait & friendly ng staff very accommodating nag karon lang ng onting hassle sa lobby due to unexpected meeting daw at hindi alam ng host kaya natagalan kami. All in all it exceed our expectation thank you so much.👌🙂

Great place! Clean, comfy, and easy to check-in. Booked the room on the same day and the host was very responsive. The place is strategic as it is located near well-known establishments. Viewing deck at the rooftop is also a plus.

We really loved our stay! We would like to come back again with the whole family. Sherwin and Marv are responsive to our queries even before we booked the place and during our check out. What you see in the listing is what you really great. What we love most about this unit is the view!

The place is good and clean but I think the cleaner/the care taker of the unit should be more nicer on how she talk to guests. But overall we had a good stay.

This is our 2nd time staying at this bnb, and even thought there are some minor changes in the unit the our overall experience was still enjoyable. The host and caretaker are responsive and accommodating as well, they respond quickly whenever we have questions. This is stay is so worth every penny we paid. There were was a little issue with the fan in the living room area and the speaker, maybe it just needs maintenance but nevertheless it was a fun stay.

Clear instructions for check in. Place was super clean and cozy. Perfect for small families. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book this place again! 10/10!

great experience! the place is very clean, tidy and cozy, and definitely worth the money! the host was responsive and the check-in was smooth. it was a convenient place near everything—restaurants and tourist spots.

Definitely one of the bests unit stayed in. True to life photos. Has beautiful taal view and noticed also how unit seem to be bigger compared to others we stayed before in wind. clean, organized and has pretty interiors and furnitures.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!
