The Talloires Viewpoint is a typical savoyard chalet recently renovated, with fantastic views on Lake Annecy and the mountains. Located just above Talloires village, on the door step of beautiful trails walks and 10mn away from the lake, it is the perfect location for a nature and sports filled holiday. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Beautiful 95 m2 chalet, completely renovated, 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or play a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna is not yet functional!
