This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

My cousin and I came up for a wedding. We didn’t want a hotel experience so we looked around and found this. Let me just say, you will not be disappointed. It’s very close to town which has everything you need. It’s kid friendly. But the view and quietness was what makes it the best stay. Beautiful Koi fish pond that the babies were able to feed. They have a beautiful set up outside near the kitchen to have breakfast. Our room had big huge windows so we were either able to dark it out or open them to let the sunrise in. Just absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to book again!!! The hosts made me feel right at home. Also, the housekeeper was available when needed. Thank you Jessica and Thank you hosts. We loved your property!!!

We rented this cabin for my son’s wedding party to get ready in. It was very cute, clean, and cozy. The pond is right off the front porch and the setting is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s also very private, yet not far from town.

This place was super cool! Not only was it really unique and located in a really lush and beautiful hunk of land-but Enosh was a great host! Enosh is really friendly, grabbed us anything we needed quickly and made our stay really comfortable. We had a ton of fun exploring the property and using the fire pit. It was an awesome place to stay for our anniversary and unwind a little bit. Only downside was our fault and it was that we wish we booked it for a little bit longer! Thanks for building this gem and hosting. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Karol & Gian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- quiet and peaceful. Karol & Gian were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made check-in and check-out smooth and were always available if we had any questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

A stunning and immaculate home in a special farm location. You can really feel the care the owner put into the property from the decorations to the amenities to the furniture. The grounds are also immaculate- I have never seen a cleaner farm- and serene and my son loved the bull in a pen out in front of the house. The host uses plug ins and scented products which permeate the home even when unplugged. To me the home is new and clean and doesn't need heavy scent to mask any odors. With family in Gridley we really appreciated having this option for somewhere to stay.

This place is perfect for a couple or even when traveling alone. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with easy access to restaurants, parks, grocery, gyms, etc... Kristina was more than accommodating and responded within minutes. 10/10 recommend and would book again!
