Vacation home in a secluded location plus farm experience

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
