This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. Annamaria receives you personally and is very accurate in the instructions. He is also available to give advice and is very friendly and helpful. A beautiful experience. The house is perfectly soundproofed and has vaults so high that it is difficult for it to get too hot, even without turning on the air conditioner. There are mosquito nets and you can sleep with the windows open in summer, as there are adjustable shields. There is a well-stocked supermarket opposite, and the bus stop that leaves from the Central Station.

Great location! Just a heads up: parking nearby can be a bit challenging, so plan accordingly. The place itself is beautiful and has three spacious rooms. There's not a lot of sunlight inside, but that actually keeps it cool and comfortable in summer. Giuseppe is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very clean and suitable accommodation for 2 people with everything you need. The garden is pleasant and a very nice beach 6 m away by car. We loved the historic center of Tarento. The welcome with Giuseppe was very friendly and we appreciated the responsiveness and recommendations of Eleanora. Very discreet hosts even if the accommodation is adjacent to their house. All the necessary toiletries provided are very appreciable. The + having a washing machine.
