The House has 3 floors. Ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining room and access to a backyard. First floor:master bedroom(180x200), a walk in and a small toilet. This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is very spacious with 3 Bedrooms and 2 toilets. It is centrally located: 3 mins walk to metro station, 2 stops to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge. You can see water and forest just outside of your windows. It takes 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!
