Cozy villa centrally located in Dragør. The villa is located close to both water, city, public transport, Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen city center. The heart of the villa, which is the kitchen-dining room, is newly renovated and with a direct exit and view to the spacious garden of the house. The villa sleeps 4 in two rooms (see photos of daybed). It is possible to bring mattresses for the last room of the house or tent for the garden. The garden contains stenterasse where, among other things, a gas grill is located.

We live 5 min from the sea and close to the nice old town where you can swim, go to cafe/restaurant/shop. There is a trampoline. A cozy conservatory that can be opened with large sliding doors. Not heated. The house has 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, BUT one room, is used for storage when renting. Fire pit. Unclean garden. We have a bathtub and wood-burning stove that we ask not to be used: -)

Huset ligger 5 min. fra Ørestad station, hvor toget vil bringe dig til Københavns Hovedbanegård på 6 min og metroen til Kongens Nytorv på 10 min. Danmarks største shoppingcenter Fields ligger 5 min væk, med mere end 140 butikker, biograf, spisesteder m.m.
