240m2 villa beliggende i det rolige nabolag tæt på stranden og Københavns centrum. I stueplan er der køkken, stue og badeværelse. På førstesalen er der 3 værelser m senge. Vores have er privat m trampolin og gyngestativ hvor man kan nyde de lyse sommeraftener på terrasserne. Vores kat Eevee følger med i lejen - hun har kattelem og skal have foder morgen og aften. Bilparkering er gratis (husk at bede om gæsteparkering). Gå til stranden på 10 min, metroen el cykel ind til København på 10 min.

Lovely modernistic villa close to Copenhagen/airp.

Lean back and relax in this stylish and calm villa where you can enjoy the garden with several places to enjoy a glass of wine, a barbecue or maybe even a bonfire. The villa itself is modern danish style and you will find it easy to settle in when you prepare a meal in the nice kitchen or relax in the cozy and bright living room. The three bedrooms are spacious and one of them even with direct acces to the bathroom. The area is very calm and close to the water and the small city of Dragør.

❤️ This villa features a single floor, comprising one WC, three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a garden🌲 Our street is located 3 km from the airport, yet there is no noise from the planes👏 The best transportation options are conveniently located at the corner, including bus, train, and taxi services at "Tårnby Station." Additionally, "Tårnby Station" offers a supermarket, a mini market, and various restaurants🤩 Please note that I will be requesting identification from the guests🙏

Stor villa - centralt i byen

Unik villa med bedste beliggenhed centralt i København. Kort aftand til grønne omgivelser på Fælleden, cykel og gå ture, som fører direkte til Islands Brygge Havn og badning samt indre by. Amager Strand kan også være en mulighed for vores gæster. Huset er godt indrettet, så den passer til de fleste besøgsformål og gæster. I kan forvente et hyggeligt hjem, og virkelig godt indrettet hus - så vores gæster kan føle sig velkomne. Vi vil gerne give oplevelsen af, at man føler sig hjemme

Family house 10 minutes from airport and beach, 15 minutes from city center. 2 very family friendly cats stays in the house, that needs food twice a day. Charming house from the 1950ies with private garden in a quiet neighbourhood. The master bedroom has 2 beds (can be separated). The house has been renovated both inside and outside with brand new bathroom, kitchen, fireplace a.o. The house has beds for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. Theres private garden with a bbq and trampoline

Beautiful family villa with lovely garden

Enjoy Copenhagen from a well-located, spacious, family villa close to the beach and city. Enjoy the sunny garden of the 100-year old well-renovated house. Fully equipped kitchen,with espresso maker makes the mornings and evenings easy. Two restrooms, and one bathtub makes the house friendly for families with children. Leave the car just outside the lawn. Public transportation conveniently close, and if you bring your bike, ask me for routes. Bike rack included

Beautiful house close to the beach and city center

Beautiful big house (175 m2) very close to the beach and metro station with easy access to city center and the airport. The house has a large terrace overlooking our garden, where children can enjoy themself with possibilities of playing tabletennis, soccer or other available garden games. The house is placed in one of the most popular areas in Copenhagen with the rare combination of being in a city, but with less than 500 metres to the beach. Free parking.

159 kvm stort sprit nyt lækkert, moderne arkitekttegnet hus i et villa kvarter - Super tæt på Københavns centrum men uden larmen. Huset er meget unikt med et stort gårdmiljø (atrium på 32 kvadratmeter) i midten af huset til hvilket der er kig fra mange af husets rum. Der er kælet for alle detaljer i hele huset - Både udvendigt og indvendigt og der er truffet nogle modige og anderledes valg i forbindelse med opførelsen af huset i 2018. Dette hus skal opleves.
