The place is super cozy, just like in the photos, and has easy access to Manguinhos Beach and Porto da Barra. The only thing we missed was the microwave, but we already knew that before we closed the reservation. The neighborhood is very quiet and fully met our expectations.

As a beginner on Airbnb, we get that fear, we do a lot of research, until we find a listing that looks good, we take risks and make the reservation, because well, with Carla you can do it without fear. Who once was, you know, but whoever wants to go, go! The space is in the heart of bohemian and gastronomy of Cabo Frio (about 40m), more precisely, in the Passage neighborhood, but also very close to the canal, with another immense variety of bars and restaurants, and the beach of the fort is right there, that is, a more than perfect location (other than that the Ilha do Japónes is 1 minute by boat, and the taxi boat is about 100m from the house). As for the infrastructure, super pleasant, cozy, useful, smelly, clean, new, in perfect condition. A place not only to sleep, but even to spend the day, cook, watch a movie. It is without regrets, literally, five stars.

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. It was a weekend of rest and peace, everything flowed very well. The location is great, you can enjoy both the beach and the house. The stay was great. The house is beautiful, well decorated and gives directly to the beach, which is wonderful. It was all clean and in very good bedding as well as the towels and crockery. Clara, always very kind, answering all our questions and taking care of everything with promptness and great kindness. Kandida was one of unique kindness, it welcomed us very well and helped us much like your whole family. They are wonderful and we are very grateful to them. My family loved the stay. A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. She was a sister who stayed. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio, always attentive to our needs, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after the check-out time. The stay at Cláudio's place was wonderful!! They were very pleasant days! The house is great, privileged location! Cláudio was an excellent host, always on hand to assist and solve whatever it took! For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.
