The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Linens and towels are included

Appartement

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We welcome you to our fully renovated farmhouse where you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Located 30 minutes from Le Mans (24 Hours Circuit) and 30 minutes from the La Flèche ZOO, you will find everything you need within 5 minutes (Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Accommodation fully refurbished in 2021. Our 4-legged friends are welcome, as long as you don't leave them alone in the accommodation.

Country house 15 minutes from Le Mans

House with independent access equipped for 4 people located at the exit of the village and in a dead-end road. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from La Suze sur Sarthe. Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It's a detached house but we're neighbors. You can take your morning walk along the communal road. The relaxation chalet

Un chalet de 28 m² au bord de la sarthe, au calme, pour 2 personnes. Il se compose d'un coin salon - séjour, une kitchenette, une chambre et une salle d'eau. Une terrasse avec un salon de jardin et une table en rez de jardin pour avoir les pieds dans l'herbe. Pour les détenteurs de véhicules électriques, il est interdit de recharger la batterie sur le compte du chalet.
