One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. 100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.

Haus Oberpauler Morgenstund

The apartments should be cozy when we decided to renovate our house built in 1848 as a farm in 2016. Since the 1950s, the house has served as accommodation for holiday guests. Due to the partial use of the old wood, we believe we have been able to create the homely atmosphere. From the balcony, the view goes to the west, over Sexten to Innichen and to its local mountain Haunold. In summer, the sunset completes the day.
