The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living space and an outdoor courtyard with free roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance way.

Kitchenette includes tea/coffee/sugar/milk, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and single cooktop. A simple breakfast of cereal and fruit is included. Also TV, Chromecast and Ultrafast WiFi. We are in the beautiful suburb of Matua and handy to the beach, parks, shops, and 10-minute drive to city.

Studio 28 - Geothermal heated poolStudio 28 is centrally located in a quiet cul de sac with views of the Waimapu Estuary. It is only a 7-minute drive to Tauranga City centre and 15 minutes to the beach. This new studio is a stand-alone self-contained guest house on our property. Swim all year round in the geothermal heated pool and spa. We live on the property in the main house with a guest apartment attached.
