We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Whether 1 night, 1 week, or more, meet the perfect location when staying in Mt. Maunganui! Situated across the road from the Mt. Hot Pools and only a hop, skip and jump to the Mt. main/surf beach, Mt. Surf Club and Pilot Bay harbor. Just up the road (walking distance) is the center of town with shops, restaurants, playground etc. This apartment has a 73 sq meter courtyard complete with BBQ and plenty of indoor, outdoor flow. Note: 1 x 2m max. parking space, otherwise free parking on road front.

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Conveniently located tranquil studio offering space to unwind in a tropical oasis. Central to city, hospital and Tauranga’s historic village, with a variety of eateries, restaurants & supermarkets all within walking distance. The studio is nestled at the rear of the property amongst fruit trees & tropical plants with a private outdoor area to relax in the evening sun. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.
