We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

The builders are still on-site Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm there will be building construction noise but mostly inside finishing now. Builders are not on site holiday weekends. Private self-contained unit. Own entrance, Off Street Parking, 1 Queen sized bed. Only 150 mt to beach. Short walk to Main Street, Restaurants & Bars. The Beach House

The Beach House is a perfect location for a weekend retreat. Gorgeous separate studio unit with kitchenette, ensuite and spacious living. Off street parking and an outdoor area to relax. A short stroll to Marine Parade beach and the popular Tay Street cafe. Only 2kms to Mount Maunganui township with boutique shopping, bars & restaurants. If exercise is your thing, enjoy a stroll around the Mount (Mauao) or for spectacular views, there are several tracks to the top to suit any fitness level.

Come and relax in our peaceful, suburban converted double garage, ideally located to the local beach, Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave swimming pool & popular Mount Maunganui Beach & Mercury Baypark. Friendly hosts are on site and available to recommend cafes & restaurants. Our beautiful dogs Olly & Stella enjoy a pat. Additional container room available for bookings of 3 guests or more only. If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.
