Ha grandi spazi esterni godibili di giorno per la colazione vista mare e di sera per lo scenario dei magnifici tramonti e del mare notturno. E' in quartiere centralissimo ma al di fuori del traffico e dei rumori. Ha 2 camere da letto comode (possibile aggiunta culla o lettino bebè), grande salone doppio e 2 bagni con doccia centrale.
