Fully self contained home complete with own garden area on our 12 acre alpaca farm. Keep warm and cosy every season with our alpaca duvet on the bed and black out curtains to ensure a really good nights cosy sleep. Meet and join us feeding our alpacas during your stay.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

This is an architecturally designed home, built in 2019, located a short stroll from the shores of Lake Te Anau. The spacious property enjoys afternoon/evening sun which can be enjoyed from the huge indoor window seat or on the deck. We offer unlimited fast wifi and a bluetooth speaker system so you can relax and listen to some tunes while you whip up a meal in our well equipped kitchen.

Dusky Peaks Unit 1 (2 Bedroom)

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destination. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.
