Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful host!! The house was just as pictured! Everything was so clean and you can tell the care she takes in this space. Any question I had, she responded very quickly. The location: it is on a busy main road, so know that there is a lot of noise from the cars if sitting on the front porch but you can’t hear it inside the house ! love that we could walk to the grocery store as well. We felt very safe in the area as well!

William had a great place for a deal on the price, plenty to do in the local hour if you don’t mind driving. There is a flight of stairs to climb to access the living space but it’s not a hard climb. Overall a great stay thank you William!

I rented this space for my bridal party to stay in and get ready for my wedding in (we are old souls who didn’t do much more than chat and rest). We all loved how lovely the space was and how cozy it felt! There was enough room for all to get ready and rest comfortably, and it made for lovely getting ready photos. There is a lovely porch space and lots of sitting room in the living room. We also loved and utilized the kitchen! Thank you!!
