Located 5 km from Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It was renovated by an architect and an interior designer who created a real cocoon for us. Two beautiful terraces: one overlooking the Loire and the other overlooking the countryside that stretches to the horizon. 100 m from the Loire by Bike, the walks are exceptional.

Vous désirez trouver un nid douillet de 50 m2 à Ancenis, ville bordant la Loire, entre Nantes et Angers, c'est bien ici. L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, sur une petite place, à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des promenades au bord de la Loire. La décoration est du type Scandinave mais chaleureuse. Il est bien équipé, tout est fourni, le linge de maison, de lit et de toilette. Il se trouve au 1er étage, sans ascenseur et le jardin est disponible aux locataires.
