The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. This is a small but nice room. The bathroom is located outside and NOT in the property itself. It's located in the hallway. The room is further equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as access to a communal laundry room in the basement.
