The apartment is very nice. We stayed very close to the place we were going to, so we could go on foot. Maybe it did not specify that there was not parked in the building for the apartment, but we fixed it. And although there were no sheets on all beds, they resolved it quickly. Recommended place.

Very good accommodation, very close to points of tourism in Valdivia and close to it like fog. Braulio was very close to us by giving us all the information to be able to make our stay very comfortable and in addition to always being attentive to our stay. Highly recommended to all of you .

That I can say an ideal place to be able to host and enjoy the beautiful city of Valdivia. Mariana takes an incredible mind well allowed us to check in before the hour and departure shortly before taking the bus. 100% recommended would definitely return to the same place easy access to all places and mobilization in front of the building

We spent a fantastic week in Valdivia and highly recommend this place! The location is probably one of the best in the city—nestled in a quiet and charming area on the island, surrounded by cozy restaurants and cafés, yet still close to the center. A bonus: it’s a perfect spot to watch the fireworks show! The apartment itself has everything you need. It’s new, bright, and impeccably clean, with a beautiful view of the open field. One of the biggest highlights for us was the two dedicated workspaces—a rare find! Since both my husband and I work remotely, this was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we were thrilled to find such a well-thought-out setup. Carolina is a wonderful host (and her little ones are absolutely charming! 😊). She is super friendly and responsible—when we had a small technical issue with the bed, she came the same day and had it fixed within an hour! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely plan to return the next time we're in Valdivia!

It is a 1st floor apartment very well located in Valdivia, new, with many amenities, 2 full bathrooms, spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Good quality beds and bedding. With good heating, secure indoor parking, with access control. Highly recommended for a stay in Valdivia, whether for one night or several days. The host is friendly.
