Monthly Rentals in Tekali

I stayed here for one month and would stay here again in the future! Pros: -Great location, very walkable area close to metro, many restaurants, shops, stores, and beautiful parks. -The apartment was very well stocked with everything you needed. - Apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable - Iryna was very communicative and friendly! Cons: - Unfortunately there is no window in the apartment (only one skylight up top), so it can be very dark with no airflow. This made it a bit brutal in the hot Summer heat. It also gets a bit musty due to the humidity and lack of fresh air. I think a small AC unit would be very beneficial to add in the future. - It is VERY small (this wasn't a problem for me as I don't need much space) - It's not very quiet. Neighbors are often quite loud (but kind!) and will sit on the bench right outside the door speaking loudly all day and until very late at night. Lots of screaming children and constant hammering as well.

Perfect location - all of Tbilisi is within a 20-minute walk max, and I never needed to use a taxi during my stay. The apartment is ideal for remote work with stable, fast internet and (surprisingly!) an office chair with a solid aluminum frame -- one of the best I've ever encountered in any Airbnb, not the cheap plastic chairs usually found in rentals. The apartment has a beautiful terrace and balcony with a nice view, comfortable bed, and great water pressure. The air conditioning works perfectly, and despite being in a lively area, the soundproofing is excellent. Manana is an exceptional host - responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays!

Satisfaction and value for money are the best at an affordable price The most worrying part was that I was worried that there might be bugs, but fortunately, there were no bugs. There was an air conditioner, washing machine, kitchen appliances, and TV, so it wasn't uncomfortable at all. There was a grocery store nearby, and it was so nice to have famous tourist attractions such as the Free Square, Cable Car, Kurakangbyeon, etc. within walking distance. Book without hesitation

The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and I had no issues at all. I’d happily stay here again!
