An excellent stay at Yoav's place, and a great host. Super nicely designed 2 bedroom with excellent sunlight especially in the afternoon. Great Aircon for the summer, and fans keep the apartment cool. Stocked with all essentials. There is a long term construction project directly outside the apartment, which does add noise, dust, and makes the balcony less enjoyable, but it's quiet at night. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

We went to Tel Aviv for a week for a wedding. The apartment was perfect! The apartment was right in between the shuk and the promenade. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that it had parking for when my family drove to us to go to dinner. I also loved that it did not have clutter, it was open and spacious and full of light. BnBIsrael was extremely responsive. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Thank you so much!

It's a good place to stay, 2 minutes from the nearest beach. A lot of places around to buy food, to hang out with friends. The host is friendly, responds quickly. I recommend it to everyone.

Limor was a wonderful host friendly and immediately responded to any concern or question I had about the property how to get in any qualms I had were easily answered. I came in for my daughter‘s wedding. She went out of her way to book a hair appointment for me gave me several options and prices of local hair salons even gave us great suggestions of places to eat and shop . She was really flexible when I needed to take an extra day and a late check out . I will be recommending her to my friends who are coming in August. The view is spectacular and great location and she was so quick to respond to any issues like ,my son lost the key And she got us a new one a few hours later ! I give a 10 ⭐️ will be back.

Iris is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, codes, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and the house as a whole was very clean and well maintained with all the facilities that one needs. The house is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and is close to all the local amenities. The backyard deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality. Iris makes an extra effort to help you with your stay. She genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being. I had a lot of inspiring, thought-provoking, intellectual and funny conversations with her. The more I got to know Iris, the more inspired I was! In addition to all this, the diversity of the people staying in the house is something very very special! I got to meet some delightful people from array of backgrounds and was lucky to make some wonderful friends. I highly recommend her place and look forward to staying there again!!

Excellent location, clean and quiet. We had all we needed to feel at home. There is a SPA and swimming pool in the building, we were so busy so unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and we would like to come back.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

We had an amazing time at Noa’s place at the Ritz. What can I say? It’s got all the luxury of the Ritz, with the pool, sauna, steam room access, the complete hotel vibe, amazing dining, proximity to the beach and surfing, and just an incredible suite. Top notch all around. My 2 year old had a blast and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noa also made sure we were properly taken care of and made sure to reach out throughout our stay despite the hotel providing everything we needed, which I appreciated.

Amazing apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florence neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment has sunrises and sunsets, the beautiful Mediterranean is right in front of you, the sea view from every room is amazing!

They took care of everything we needed and more! Erez hosted us with open arms and was available for any request. I recommend every bride to get ready there. Amazing place :)

Michel was a great host and super responsive. The place was beautiful and clean as pictured. Recently renovated with great amenities for TLV and the location could not be more perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Etay is a seasoned host. He had recommendations ready with a binder full. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped carry our stroller up the stairs. The beach is an easy walk away. I locked the keys in the apt at one point and Etay had a proactive solution ready at 10pm at night. Thanks for a great stay Etay!

The apartment itself is simply amazing, clean, well-equipped, and we didn't miss anything! Guy the host was courteous, available and pleasant throughout the stay. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back again!

Perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. Views are hard to describe, red sunsets, ocean that is wrapping the whole place, birds that are coming daily to say hi, wonderful breeze. The apartment is modern and well designed. Super comfortable with lots of walk by restaurants. There are excellent coffee places in the building next door, and a great supermarket literally downstairs. We stayed for two weeks, loved every moment in it.

This is a great apartment with unbeatable central location close to the beach. The balcony is an awesome space to relax complete with dining table, sofa and coffee table. Nice powerful shower. Having a mamad as the bedroom is reassuring. There is a brilliant yoga school just down the street. Dalia was a very considerate host. Overall an excellent stay.
